Introduction to the Curriculum Plan of the Electronic Information Discipline

1. General Education and Common Required Courses

This module is divided into General Education courses and Common Required courses, with a study requirement of 62 credits. General Education courses require a minimum of 11 credits; Common Required courses include English, Mathematics, Ideological and Political Education, Physical Education, Military Training, and Computer Science, totaling 50 credits.

2. Discipline and Major Courses

This module is based on the positioning of each major within the broader discipline of Electronic Information, and is designed in response to the training needs of electronic information talents in the new era. It aims to enable students to master the full-chain core competencies of the major and to cultivate frontier technological innovation capabilities.

For the Electronic Information Science and Technology major, the total credits for this category of courses are 47 credits, and the study requirement is Compulsory Course.

For the Telecommunications Engineering major, the total credits for this category of courses are 47 credits, and the study requirement is Compulsory Course.

For the Microelectronic Science and Engineering major, the total credits for this category of courses are 48–49 credits, and the study requirement is Compulsory Course.

For the Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated System major (Elite Program) , the total credits for this category of courses are 47–48 credits, and the study requirement is Compulsory Course.

3. Diversified Development Courses

Diversified Development courses are an Elective Course module. Before graduation, students in the Electronic Information Science and Technology major must complete an accumulated total of 35 credits; students in the Telecommunications Engineering major must complete an accumulated total of 35 credits; students in the Microelectronic Science and Engineering major must complete an accumulated total of 33–34 credits; and students in the Integrated Circuit Design and Integrated System major (Elite Program) must complete an accumulated total of 34–35 credits.

4. Graduation Thesis

Before graduation, students must complete a 6-credit Graduation Thesis.
